PowWow - From Tribal Voice, nice because you are not required to list your name in their directory. For those of you that would like to be listed, they are aware of the use of profanity and are doing something about it.
FreeTel - Easy to use. Not too sure about this one, definately not for your kids to use, you must put your name in a directory. Two seconds after I connected it started ringing of the hook and one person left a pretty crude message that was stuck on my screen until I disconnected. Don't know if this is common but this is what happened to me during my first and only experience with this. The person I called had alot of people calling her, but nothing crude. hmmmm. I didn't notice anything at their site about profanity and doing something about it. If you have, send me email and let me know.

NetMeeting - From Microsoft. I had no problems setting this one up, however the other people I was going to use this with could not get it working, so your on your own here, email me if you get it working and tell me how it is.
Viewer Update: "The only way NetMeeting works for me is to make sure I am using the ils, (directory server), that I have specified in the preferences section of the program: call\change my information\(options)calling: then check the "log onto the directory server when NetMeeting starts" option. I have found that if I try to log onto any other server but the one I have specified then I can't speak to anyone even though I see all the users that are currently logged on. One other thing... if you can't see yourself on the users list then you are really logged on as far as I can tell". - KC Mom
